About the XERO Double DI Cart

The XERO Double DI Cart is the perfect purification system for new users, occasional users, or window cleaners in soft water areas. This system mainly uses DI purification to remove contaminants from water to make it pure enough to leave spot free windows when cleaning.

HOW IT WORKS

Source water is fed into a carbon filter to remove large impurities. After passing through the carbon filter, the water then hits the first DI tank with DI resin that uses De-Ionization to pull impurities from water. After it filters through there it passes into the second DI Tank to ensure it's pure. Finally, it flows out to your hose and pole for cleaning windows. The pressure from the tap is enough to send the water up your pole hose for cleaning.

FILTER CHANGES

Changing filters on this is super easy. Included are the filter wrenches necessary to untwist the housings. The carbon filter just requires you to open it up, pop out the old one and pop in a new one. The DI filters are almost equally as easy to change. For them, just unscrew the cap from the housing, remove the old DI resin, and pour in your new resin. Each housing will take about 1/2 a cubic foot of resin during a change. This system uses completely non-proprietary filters so you can continue to buy from us, or grab something last minute at a local shop.

QUALITY MATERIALS

This system is made from durable materials and built in-house by our team to ensure it's perfect and ready to rock right out of the box. We don't use plastic fittings because we want this to last for you. If you ever find you need to replace a fitting or hose, we have all the parts in stock. Large wheels make it easy to roll around your shop or the job site. It comes with the filters in place so you don't have to set it up.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

You get the XERO Double DI Cart fully assembled and filled with resin, ready to go. But you also get a TDS meter for testing the water quality. You can test what the source water is coming in at and the purified water is going out. As long as the output is under 10 ppm, you'll have spotless windows. If it's higher, it might be time for you to change your resin. Also included are a small and large filter wrench to help you open up the housings for filter changes and some lube for when you have to screw them back together.

IS IT RIGHT FOR ME?

DI systems are great for soft water areas. If you live in a hard water area, but don't plan to use it very often, this can still be an affordable option for you. If you are in a hard water area and plan to work with a water fed pole often, then you would benefit from a multi-stage system.
