About the XERO Nylon Brush

Introducing the XERO Nylon Brush, equipped with two lengths of nylon bristles, carefully tailored to meet your cleaning needs. The inner bristles are shorter, providing optimal scrubbing power while staying firmly on the glass, while the outer row of bristles is longer, allowing them to spread out and effectively reach window edges and corners. Window cleaners highly appreciate nylon bristles due to their exceptional gliding capabilities on glass surfaces. Not only are they lighter than boar's hair, but they are also easier to maintain cleanliness.

1. Size

12 Inch

Lighter and easier to move around on glass, the 12-inch brush is a great option for residential solar panel cleaning. 

18 Inch

Although slightly heavier when wet, the 18-inch option is great for commercial cleaners with more glass to cover.

2. Socket

Fast Lock

Make switching out brushes a quick and easy process with the Fast Lock socket option. This design utilizes a square socket that accepts the XERO Fast Lock adapter and snaps in place with a spring button ensuring it won't come loose while cleaning. You can choose two different positions for your brush on the adapter, either horizontal or vertical.

Fast Lock Swivel

With the Fast Lock Swivel option, you have everything the Fast Lock socket has to offer plus the added convenience of allowing your brush to freely move side to side as you work.

Euro Thread

If you haven't converted your pole to the XERO Fast Lock system yet, then choose the Euro Thread socket to ensure seamless compatibility with your current cleaning setup.

3. Configuration

Jets

The 12-inch XERO Nylon Brush is equipped with two pencil jets designed to blast and eliminate grime while the 18-inch features four. They are plumbed up to a central fitting that connects to your water-fed pole hose to supply them with purified water. 

Rinse Bar

Select the Rinse Bar option if you prefer a constant stream of water over the full length of your brush. Your pole hose will connect to a single straight push fitting to supply water to the Rinse Bar. If you choose the Rinse Bar option, you can always switch to using the internally plumbed jets at any time by just switching your hose connection over to the other push fitting for maximum versatility.
